FIRST ASK IF THE CHAPTER IS PLAYING THE GAME. 

WE DO NOT HAVE A LIST OF ALL THE CHAPTER IN THE GAME.

"Not all chapter are in it yet, more and more are coming on board"

1. Let the chapter know if you are going to attend a ride or meeting, so they can have a flag ready.

2. Attend and capture the chapters flag, I like to take all the other flags R has captured and show them off.

3. If the chapter is playing and has no flag to give you then you give them a BLACK FLAG.

A. Captured Flags are worth 10 Points

B. Black Flags are worth -5 Points

4. You can capture more than one flag from the same chapter, but you can only take 1 flag per visit.

5. You have to attend that chapters meeting or ride in your chapter color to receive a flag, only one person is required to attend.

All chapter flags will be given back at Region H Rally and the Scores will be added up.

The chapter with the most point will receive a plaques and we start all over.

Capture the Chapter Flag Rules Update:  

The basic premise is to visit a Regional GWRRA Chapter and steal a flag. Chapters will bring the “captured” flags to the Regional Rally. The Chapter with the most flags at the Regional Rally will be the winner. Here are the rules:

1.     Each chapter will create a maximum of 15 flags, max size 8 x 12 inches.

2.     Visit a participating chapter and “steal” one of their flags.

Politely ask one of the staff members for a Flag.

3.     When visiting another Chapter, you must be wearing your chapter colors in order to ask for a flag. The visitation MUST be during a monthly gathering. (Rallies and other events don’t count.)

4.     When your Chapter visits a different Chapter, your Chapter representatives may “steal” only one of the Chapter’s flags by asking a staff members for a Flag.

5.     Visiting Chapters are only allowed to “steal” one flag at a time.

If four visitors attend, only one flag may be retrieved.

6.     If you run out of flags then you are not visiting other Chapters and you will receive a Black Flag of shame. Each chapter will need to create a Black Flag to leave at the location if there is not a flag to capture.

7.     Bring all of your captured flags (including Black Flags) to the Regional Rally to determine which chapter holds the most flags. The winning Chapter will receive a Flag of Distinction that can be displayed for the year.

8.     The Flags will be returned at the Regional Rally.

This game is designed to create interaction between Chapters and allow us to have FUN!
